My name is Franz Votruba, and I have been working in the international high-end audio industry for more than three decades. My journey began in Vienna, Austria, where my passion for music and technology led me to build a career in sales, marketing, and product development within the audio world.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work closely with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. My focus has always been on building strong partnerships and helping high-end audio brands grow in international markets.

Today, I operate my own sales agency and support partners in more than 30 countries. Living and working between Austria and Bali allows me to stay connected to global markets while continuing to do what I enjoy most — bringing great music and exceptional audio technology to more people.

For me, high-end audio is more than a business. It is a lifelong passion.

My name is Julian Remy Votruba, I’m currently building my experience within the Hi-Fi industry through hands-on involvement in brand representation, product showcasing, and retailer relationships.

I work closely with established industry connections to help introduce audio products to retail partners while continuing to develop a deeper understanding of the market, product positioning, and customer needs.

Before entering the industry, I completed my international schooling and went on to work for three years in a multimedia retail environment, where I was exposed to a wide range of Hi-Fi and consumer audio brands. This experience gave me a practical understanding of both product performance and real-world customer expectations.

I speak English, German, and Indonesian fluently, and have spent significant time living and traveling internationally, which has shaped a globally minded and open approach to both people and business.

My interest in Hi-Fi comes from a genuine appreciation for quality sound, thoughtful engineering, and the culture surrounding music reproduction. Through this platform, I share products, industry insights, and developments from my ongoing journey within the audio world.
